Once upon a time, Teamwork Printers was not established — it was already there.
Let us explain.

Before Teamwork Printers became a registered company, printing was done in-house for a large organization known as LTA, situated in Jet Park, Boksburg. This in-house printing department not only handled internal work but also serviced external clients, including well-known names such as the SABC.

When LTA later changed its name and decided to close the in-house printing department, a pivotal decision was made. The Board of Directors agreed to sell all the printing machines and equipment to the employees who had been working in that department. From this moment, something special was born.

On 1 May 2000, the former in-house printing department was officially registered as Teamwork Printers cc. That is why we say Teamwork Printers was already there — the experience, the skill, and the passion had long been in place.

In the beginning, the company consisted of nine members. Over the years, eight members sold their shares, leaving Ella Joubert as the sole remaining member of the close corporation — carrying forward the legacy, knowledge, and commitment that Teamwork Printers was built on.

Teamwork Printers later moved to Kelly Road in Jet Park, where the business grew steadily and proudly serviced a wide range of clients, including customers as far as Namibia and Botswana. During this time, we also had the privilege of producing specialized printing projects, such as scratch-ticket–style products for The Venda Sun.

Many years later, the business relocated to Commissioner Street in Boksburg, where we still operate today.

As the years passed, the printing industry evolved. Technology advanced, digital printing emerged, and change became inevitable. While much has transformed since the year 2000, one thing has remained constant: Litho printing cannot be replaced. There is a clear difference in quality between litho and digital printing, and we firmly believe there is space in the industry for both.

Then came Covid-19 — a time that changed everything.

Many of our valued customers were forced to close their doors, and the impact was deeply felt. Hard decisions had to be made to ensure survival. We retrenched some employees, our driver went into pension, and working hours were shortened — all in an effort to keep the business going, to support our remaining staff, and most importantly, to continue serving the customers who stood by us during and after this difficult period.

Through it all, we stayed open.
Open to serve.
Open to help.
Open to support.

Our motto remained our guiding light:
“The team that works with you.”

Today, Teamwork Printers is proudly run by a dedicated team of seven employees who give their best every single day. Despite ongoing challenges and rising costs, they continue to greet our clients with smiles, appreciation, and genuine care. We are deeply grateful to every customer who supports us — without you, we could not continue.

Now, in 2026, we are ready for a new chapter.

As a company, we are expanding into the corporate gifts market to offer our clients even more value. We also continue to provide social media marketing and website services, which we will be promoting more actively — allowing our clients to see our work in action across multiple platforms.

Teamwork Printers is more than a printing company.
It is a story of resilience, loyalty, quality, and teamwork — and we look forward to the new adventures ahead, with you by our side.
